Returns and exchanges
If your Casa Israel item has a defect in construction, we will provide a replacement. However, remember that lost items, or items damaged due to normal wear and tear, are not covered under our Terms of Service.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the shipping date in its original, unused condition. Contact info@casaisrael.com for the reason of the return. We will reply with the return address you will need to mail your item to and any other information you may need . Be sure your item is well-packed.
